Houston Spencer

VP Solutions & Marketing, Alcatel-Lucent

Houston has been helping customers navigate upheaval in the communications industry since 1991 and was a co-contributor to the best-seller "The Alchemy of Growth". Currently, Houston is engaged in transforming the telecoms business model — and the way people communicate.

Kevin Vachon

Chief Operating Officer, Metro Ethernet Forum

Kevin leads the MEF's expanding scope of global activities to accelerate the worldwide adoption of Carrier Ethernet. During his tenure, membership of this non-profit international industry consortium has grown to over 150 organisations.

Kevin Baughan

Director of Technical Strategy, Virgin Media

Kevin is responsible for Technical Strategy across the Virgin Media Group and is actively involved in understanding the business opportunities resulting from new technologies and how they will impact the evolution of Virgin Media's communication and entertainment services.

John Abbott

CEO, BTN3 Service Provider

Since May 2008, John has been CEO of N3 Service Provider (N3SP), a division of BT Global Services that manages the NHS broadband network which connects all NHS sites in England and Scotland. Prior to this, he was Chief Operations Officer for the Department for Work & Pensions (DWP) programme.

Angus Blackwood

Customer Services Director, Arqiva Satellite & Media

Angus has 24 years' experience in the satellite broadcast industry and is responsible for ensuring that Arqiva provides exceptional levels of customer service across its international businesses.

Karren Brady

MD, Birmingham City Football Club

Best known for becoming MD of Birmingham City FC at just 23, Karren became the youngest manager of a UK plc when she floated the club on the stock exchange in 1997. She's also on the boards of Mothercare, Channel 4 and Sport England and is chairman of Kerrang! Radio.

Marcus Hill

Head of System Integrators, ntl:Telewest Business

With over 15 years' experience in IT and Network services, Marcus is responsible for driving and developing large scale business opportunities within our Systems Integrator and Service Provider communities.

Paul Rusby

Director, Service Provider, ntl:Telewest Business

With 28 years' telecoms experience under his belt, Paul's customer centric mentality has transformed the concept of interoperability through delivering products customers need and making it easy to do business with his teams.
